This is an application for leave to take and file further proof in this court on an admiralty appeal.
Section 11 of the act establishing this court directed that all provisions of law in fqrce, regulating the methods and system of review through appeals or writs of error, shall regulate the methods and system of appeals and writs of error provided for in that act in respect to this court.
