This action was begun by the appellee, Bonnie Eugene Coffin, to recover on an alleged oral contract of insurance between the appellee and the appellant through its employee, James R. Pierson, in which contract appellee’s liability and property damage insurance was transferred to a new car and comprehensive and collision coverages were added to the policy. The appellant's answer denied that appellee had his automobile insured with the appellant except for bodily injury and property damage.
