— Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: The evidence of physical injury to the victim was legally sufficient to support defendant’s conviction for robbery in the second degree (Penal Law § 160.10 [2] [a]). The victim testified that defendant punched her with his fists, that her left eye was swollen shut, that her nose bled, and that she was in substantial pain. Medical testimony established that the victim’s face was swollen, her jaw was tender on palpation, her left eye was swollen around the orbit, and dry blood was found in her left nostril.
