In 1995, the Estate of Sims (Estate) obtained a $5,200,000 judgment in a legal malpractice action against Moreton Rolleston, Jr. (Rolleston). Rolleston v. Cherry, 226 Ga. App. 750 (487 SE2d 354) (1997). Prior to entry of that judgment, Rolleston transferred all of his assets, including a beach cottage on Sea Island, to the Moreton Rolleston, Jr., Living Trust (Trust). In a subsequent suit, the trial court set aside those conveyances as fraudulent and awarded over $4.1 million in damages. Rolleston v. Estate of Sims, 253 Ga.
