Relator Rodney Oestreich seeks a writ of mandamus compelling the Honorable Stephen B. Abies, Judge of the 216th District Court, Gillespie County, to withdraw his order retaining jurisdiction of Oestr-eich’s lawsuit filed in the county court. We conditionally grant the writ.
