TRAXLER, Circuit Judge:
This case arises out of an alleged breach of contract between TechnoSteel, LLC (“TechnoSteel”) and Beers Construction Company (“Beers”). TechnoSteel appeals the district court’s order denying its petition to compel arbitration of its dispute with Beers pursuant to 9 U.S.C.A. § 4 (West 1999).
