(after stating the facts). — We have been compelled to make an unusually long state*274ment of a case involving comparatively a small amount and in making .it to resort to some extent to the transcript on file as counsel differ as to what is in that transcript; furthermore it was somewhat difficult to understand all of the proceedings in the order in which they occurred without a reference to the transcript.
