YANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1] S.L.B. appealed from a juvenile court order extending placement of his son, B.B., by Grand Forks County Social Services (“Social Services”) for a period of twelve months. We affirm.

[¶ 2] Nine-year-old B.B. was in foster care from September 2004 to September 2005. He lived with his father, S.L.B., until he was again placed in foster care in June 2006 after a juvenile court found B.B. was deprived.
