The plaintiff, Bruce K. Cormier, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his appeal from the order of the defendant, the commissioner of motor vehicles, disqualifying him for life from holding a commercial driver’s license pursuant to General Statutes § 14-44k (h).
