A grand jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County indicted Tracy Samuel Lee, the appellant, for first-degree murder, use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence, and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault. In a jury trial, the court granted the appellant’s motion for judgment on the conspiracy count. The appellant was convicted of second-degree murder and use of a handgun.
