This is a suit in equity for the recovery of the proceeds of a life insurance policy, which is admitted by the parties to be the sum of $1,422.98. It was begun as an action at law. The insurance company, by way of interpleader, se*502cured an order making the defendant Clara C. Roach & party. The insurance company, by agreement of parties, paid the money into court, and the case was then transferred to the equity docket and tried as a suit in equity.
