First Trust Co. v. Hammond

This case was before this court previously on a motion to dismiss the appeal. The opinion is reported in 139 Neb. 546, 298 N. W. 144. The First Trust Company of Lincoln, Nebraska, a corporation, plaintiff and appellant, instituted the action in the district court for Lancaster county, Nebraska, wherein it filed a petition against the defendant, appellee herein.
