ABBE, J.
Wylane H. Van Dyke (now Wylane Hill) appeals from a September 4, 1984 order entered subsequent to a final judgment dissolving her marriage to Willard H. Van Dyke. The order denied appellant’s motion pursuant to Civil Code section 5124 1 seeking modification of the parties’ marital settlement agreement and the interlocutory judgment of dissolution incorporating the agreement by reference.
