'Judgment unanimously reversed on the law and the facts and a new trial granted. Memorandum: The defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction for robbery in the second degree, grand larceny in the first degree and assault in the second degree. He was found guilty following a jury trial. During the course of trial the People offered in evidence a composite picture which the victim assisted in creating in co-operatian with the law-enforcement officers who were investigating the incident for which the defendant was later convicted.
