The plaintiff, AmSouth Bank, N.A.-, has petitioned this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Honorable William J. Wynn, judge of the Jefferson County Circuit Court, to disqualify the law firm of Arnold & Porter from representing the defendants, Drummond Company, Inc.; Drummond Coal Sales, Inc.; Elbert A.
