Mary Tipton brought this suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 2000e-2(a)(l) and 2000e-3(a), and various provisions of State law alleging sex discrimination and retaliatory discharge, breach of contract, interference with a contractual relationship, and fraudulent and deceptive conduct on the part of Defendant Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) both before and during the employment relationship.
