Bobby Edwards seeks review of the Court of Appeals published decision affirming his conviction of aggravated robbeiy. We agree with the Court of Appeals and affirm.

On the evening of September 15, 2008, Wichita police received a report that Edwards was stumbling around in the streets and had punched out a store window.
