Action in case for personal injuries. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Joseph E. Gary, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1905.

delivered the opinion of the court.

Appellee was injured while he was walking along Clark street near the corner of Randolph street, Chicago, by a piece of iron which fell upon his head from an iron balcony projecting over the sidewalk and in process of removal or repair. He was knocked down upon his knees and an officer testifies that appellee and the sidewalk “were covered with blood.” He was able to go back to work a few days later, But complains that he is troubled with frequent headaches since the accident. He recovered judgment for $750.
