(Retired. Assigned to active duty under authority of Section 6(C), Article IV, Constitution.) The operative facts, conceded to be true for purposes of the demurrer, disclose that relator, Louis A. Robusky, was at all times herein, the Sheriff of Geauga County and that respondent, Chicko, was an examiner in the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices, state of Ohio.
