NEVAS, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, Peter and Catherine Cos-tabile (“the Costabiles”) bring this insurance coverage action seeking money damages and other relief arising from fire damage to certain rental property they own. The plaintiffs made a claim under an insurance policy in effect at the time of the loss that was issued by the defendant, Metropolitan Property and Casualty Insurance Company (“Metropolitan”).
