SHANGLER, Presiding Judge.

The appeal is from a conviction by jury for murder in the second degree. We reverse and remand for new trial on the principle of Duren v. State of Missouri, 439 U.S. -, 99 S.Ct. 664, 58 L.Ed.2d 579 (1979).
