This is an appeal from a judgment sentencing the defendant to imprisonment in the county jail, after an order revoking defendant’s probation. The defendant pleaded guilty to three counts of an information filed against him in the Superior Court of the County of Los Angeles, charging him with three separate violations of the Corporate Securities Act.
