MAUGHMER, Commissioner.
On May 7, 1962, relator, the N. W. Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. instituted condemnation proceedings to take a right-of-way easement across the lands of defendants in Johnson County, Missouri. The proposed easement was perpetual, covered a strip of land 100 feet wide and on it relator planned to construct and maintain an electric transmission line. Commissioners were duly appointed, inspected the premises and filed their report. Damages were allowed on each tract.
