SIMPSON, Justice.

This certiorari was granted to review the opinion and judgment of the Court of Appeals affirming the conviction of petitioner of embezzlement.. The jury assessed the value of the property embezzled at $65.20 and defendant was sentenced to three *47•years in the penitentiary. On appeal the Court of Appeals affirmed the judgment. 68 So.2d 512.
