The principal questions involved in this case are with reference to the priority of liens and interests in real estate. The plaintiffs in the court below were E. A. Hildebrand, George O. Hildebrand and S. F. .Jones, partners as Hildebrand Bros. & Jones, and the defendants in the court below were L. W..Clay, Polly Clay, Adam M. Clay, John Walruff, John Quinn, I. G.
