Defendant, Lonnie C. Singletary, was initially charged with two counts of the class B felony criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, two counts of the class A misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, two counts of the class E felony criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, and a class A misdemeanor of resisting arrest.
