MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO RECONSIDER

Issue Before the Court
Pending before the Court is the Motion (the “Motion”) filed by Plaintiff, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as Fiduciary for the Bankruptcy Estate of Lynn Citron and Jeffrey Citron (“Liberty Mutual” and “Plaintiff’), asking this Court to reconsider, in part, this Court’s Memorandum Opinion and Order (the “Opinion”), [dkt item 36]; Liberty Mutual Ins. Co. v. N.Y. (In re Citron), 428 B.R. 562 (Bankr. E.D.N.Y.2010). For the reasons herein, the Motion is denied.
