This is a proceeding brought-by the petitioner, Guaranty Trust Company of New York, trustee under a certain deed of trust dated May 21, 1930, as amended, for the judicial settlement of its account. The petitioner also requests instructions as to whether Yvonne Gerard Davis effectively exercised the power of appointment granted her by the amended deed of trust.
