Plaintiff, wife of Joseph H. Redfern, instituted this suit seeking to recover of and from the Defendants, jointly and severally, a sum in excess of $3,000, exclusive of interest and costs, because of damages for personal injuries she claims to have suffered as a result of a collision which occurred on a public highway in Harris County, Texas on or about March 14, 1952 between an automobile in which she was riding and which was being driven by her husband, Joseph H.
