Affirming.

The appellant, Coleman Estes, was indicted by the grand juiy of Estill county charged with the crime denounced by section 1158, Kentucky Statutes, viz.: unlawfully taking and detaining a woman, Minnie Lunsford, against her will, with intent to have carnal knowledge with her himself. His trial in the Estill circuit court under the indictment resulted in the return of a verdict *476by the jury finding -him guilty of the crime charged and fixing his punishment therefor at confinement in the penitentiary seven years.
