I. Introduction
In one issue, the State appeals the trial court’s order granting the motions to suppress filed by Appellees Marlin Derrell York and Shavonia Tamika York. We reverse and remand.
II. Factual and Procedural Background
On August 22, 2010, Carrollton Police Officer Putman obtained a warrant, supported by a four-page affidavit, to search the Yorks’ residence.
