On June 21, 2013, the District of Columbia filed a “false claims” action against the Washington East of the River Academy of Entrepreneurship, Arts, Life Skills, Technology and Health for “Youth on the Rise” (WEALTHY), a nonprofit corporation. Also named as defendants were WEALTHY’s principals, Diana Robinson, Darrell Johnson, and Johnson’s company, National Tax Pro, LLC (National Tax Pro).
