The Court has before it defendant’s unopposed 1 motion for summary judgment filed on December 18, 1992. For the reasons stated below, the defendant’s Motion is hereby GRANTED.

F.C. Imports, Inc. (“Imports”), Mr. Fernando Couso (“Mr. Couso”), Mrs. Esperanza Diaz and théir conjugal partnership, 2 filed the instant action on November 26, 1991, against The First National Bank of Boston, N.A.
