Before this Court is Petitioner Alexander Rose's Petition for Issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus as well as request for post-conviction relief, in which Petitioner seeks an Order from this Court directing Respondents to discharge him from any custody maintained over him by the Probation and Parole Division of the Rhode Island Department of Corrections.
