OPINION AND ORDER

¶1 Appearing as a self-represented litigant, Matthew Montgomery appeals a November 10,2015 Ravalli County District Court’s summary denial of his motion to vacate his conviction and dismiss the charges. We affirm.

PROCEDURAL AND FACTUAL BACKGROUND

¶2 This Court is familiar with Montgomery’s criminal history. Montgomery entered a no-contest plea to felony incest in Ravalli County District Court and received a twenty-year suspended sentence in 2004.
