Plaintiffs Gallagher Corporation (Gallagher), Richard J. Gallagher, Sr. (Richard) and Mary I. Gallagher (Mary) (collectively “plaintiffs”) bring this action against defendant Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (Mass Mutual) alleging violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., and state common law.
