PRICE, Judge:

At approximately 10:45 p. m. on November 6, 1974, a robbery occurred at the Melody Bar in Philadelphia. Several minutes later, the appellant was arrested while inside the bar, and a complaint, charging him with robbery, aggravated assault, and other related offenses, was filed. 1 Trial began on July 7, 1975, or 243 days after the filing of the complaint, 2 and the appellant was subsequently convicted of various offenses by a jury.
