This matter is before the Court on the parties’ cross-motions in limine. For the following reasons, the plaintiffs motion is granted, and the defendant’s motion is denied.

Facts

On August 22,2000, Sheryl Dodd, with her husband Eric riding in the passenger seat, was involved in an automobile collision with Tammy Lang in the City of Roanoke. Over the next few months, the Dodds each sought medical attention and incurred medical expenses.
