The issue in this case is correctly set forth in the first opinion of the lower court in this case by Marshall (Elder W.), J., as follows: “Pursuant to the provisions of the Act of June 24, 1931, P. L. 1206, Article III, Sect. 302, the Township of North Versailles petitioned this court to ascertain and determine a disputed boundary line between the township and the Borough of North Braddock. The line in controversy extends from the westerly boundary line of East Pittsburgh Borough in a westerly, then southerly, direction to the Monongahela River, at the mouth of Turtle…
