MEMORANDUM AND DECISION

SEYBERT, District Judge:

Plaintiff Balwan Singh Hooda, appearing pro se, filed suit alleging violations of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983, 1985 and 1986, the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, and the New York Human Rights Law. Defendants Brookhaven Science Associates LLC (“BSA”) 1 , Michael Bebón, William Hemp-fling, William Robert Casey and George Goode (collectively, the “Brookhaven Defendants”) have moved to dismiss certain claims that Mr. Hooda asserts.
