Jayne A. King, Administratrix of the Estate of Phillip A. King, Deceased (Petitioner) has filed a petition for review with this Court seeking an order granting a rehearing or remand to the referee for the purpose of reopening the record for presentation of evidence regarding alleged Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) citations received by the deceaseds employer, Mackintosh Hemphill Company (Mackintosh). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the order of the Board and deny the request for rehearing.
