VAN CISE, Judge.

Defendant Marwich, Ltd., appeals an order setting aside public trustee deeds and dismissing Marwich’s forcible entry and de-tainer action (FED) against plaintiffs Bobbie L. and Elizabeth K. Moreland. We reverse.

The Morelands executed two deeds of trust on their residential property to secure promissory notes payable to Platte Valley Bank (the bank). The notes became in default.
