MEMORANDUM ORDER
WARD, District Judge.
This action is presently before the Court on the motion of the defendant, Community Building Corporation of Atlanta, Inc. (CBC), for a stay pending arbitration pursuant to Section 3 of the United States Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., and the plaintiff’s motion to remand to state court for lack of federal jurisdiction. After due consideration on the basis of the entire file in this case, the Court grants the defendant’s motion for a stay of proceedings pending arbitration and directs the parties to proceed to arbitration in accordance with the terms…
