This suppression motion raises questions concerning the sufficiency of the evidence necessary to satisfy the legal and constitutional standards applicable to unwarranted arrests, investigative stops, consent searches, plain view seizures, auto searches, warranted apartment seizures, post-arrest statements, and photographic and in-court identifications.
