McDONALD, Judge.
The appellant, Charles Moore, has appealed from the summary judgment of the Laurel Circuit Court in this action for damages due to his default on an automobile lease. Moore leased the vehicle, a 1984 Ford Escort automobile, from Paducah Ford, Inc., by execution of a form entitled “Net (Closed End) Lease, Purchase Option” on March 9, 1984. The lease contemplated, with disclosure, immediate assignment to the appellee, Ford Motor Credit Company (Ford Credit), and it was so assigned.
