The plaintiffs brought this action to enjoin, suspend or restrain the operation and enforcement of an order of the Public Service Commission of West Virginia entered on February 1, 1967, in P.S.C. Case No. 6306. Among other things, the plaintiffs contend that the order of the Commission is confiscatory, deprives them of their property without due process of law, and accordingly is repugnant to the Fourteenth Amendment to the Federal Constitution.
