—This is an appeal by "Veronica C. Baird, as executrix of the last will and testament of David Jennings Baird, deceased, from a judgment and from a decree of partial distribution of the superior court in and for the city and county of San Francisco. The petitioner, by the guardian of his person and estate, Lydia Margaret Valencia., applied for a partial distribution of the said estate on the ground that he is the illegitimate son of the decedent and said Lydia M. Valencia, and that he had been adopted by the decedent in the manner provided by section 230 of the Civil Code, that is to say,…
