Appellant was convicted by a jury of operating a motor veMcle wMle under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The VeMcle Code, Act of April 29, 1959, P. L. 58, §1037, 75 P.S. §1037. On this appeal he raises numerous issues. After review of each issue we affirm.
