PPL (Employer) petitions for review of the August 21, 2013 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board), *1278which affirmed the decision of a workers’ compensation judge (WCJ) granting the claim petition filed by Carol Kloss (Claimant). We reverse.

Employer employed Claimant for approximately thirty years, with her most recent job as steno clerk. Claimant worked in Employer’s North Building, located at Two North Ninth Street, Allentown, Pennsylvania.
