Plaintiffs and appellants are the father and mother of deceased Robert Miller. Deceased, under 17 years of age, was employed by defendant Bath Elevator Company, without a working permit or the necessary job approval from the department of labor. Deceased’s body was found in a wheat bin at the elevator. • Plis death was determined to be due to suffocation, while in the course of his employment. The workmen’s compensation appeal board approved the referee’s finding that as partial dependents, appellants were not entitled to double compensation benefits.
